Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cosmetic Art Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for aspiring makeup and hair artists. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and a desire to help others learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver training programs for makeup and hair artists, covering everything from basic techniques to advanced skills.
2. Work closely with trainees to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and provide personalized guidance to help them improve their skills.
3. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair and makeup artistry, and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.
4. Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and visual aids.
5. Provide constructive feedback to trainees, helping them to improve their skills and build confidence.
6. Collaborate with other trainers and industry experts to ensure that training programs are current and effective.
7. Maintain a positive and engaging training environment, encouraging trainees to ask questions and participate actively in their own learning.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a hair and makeup artist, with a strong portfolio of work.
2. Experience in training and developing others, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
3. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback in a positive and encouraging way.
4. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to create and maintain detailed training materials.
5. A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to help others succeed.
6. A relevant degree or certification in hair and makeup artistry is preferred.
