Biztalk Integration Specialist Role

A Business Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining integration solutions using Microsoft Biztalk Server.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop integration solutions using BizTalk Server to meet business needs.
  • Develop technical documentation for developed solutions and processes to ensure knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate systems and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Participate in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integration solutions to ensure continuity.
  • Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in BizTalk development to enhance skillset.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in developing integration solutions using Microsoft Biztalk Server.
  • Expertise in BizTalk Server administration and deployment tools to streamline processes.
  • Excellent understanding of integration architecture patterns and principles to drive decision-making.
  • Knowledge of XML, XSLT, and other integration technologies to leverage data exchange.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases to optimize data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
