About the Role:

We are seeking a Lead Visual Brand Director to shape and execute our brand presence across Amazon customer touchpoints.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead the visual direction of our brand on Amazon.
  • Direct all photography efforts including product, model, and lifestyle shoots.
  • Collaborate with graphic design to bring creative vision to life across all content formats.
  • Review and quality-check all content received from photographers and videographers.
  • Oversee creative execution for product detail pages ensuring alignment with brand positioning and Amazon best practices.
  • Partner with Product, Business Analytics, and Strategy teams to ensure accurate, compelling visual representation of all SKUs on product pages.
  • Use performance data and competitive analysis to optimize visuals and content to improve conversion rate.
  • Own the creative workflow ensuring efficient processes, clear approvals, and on-time delivery while maintaining a high bar for quality and attention to detail.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a senior creative role ideally in luxury category or Amazon.
  • Proven expertise in art direction, visual storytelling, or brand development.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon content strategy including listing images, Storefronts, and A+ content.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
