Job Title: Visual Creative Lead

Description:

  • Develop a wide range of digital creative assets, including social media graphics, infographics, videos, and template-based designs for various platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design brand collaterals such as pitch decks, case studies, emailers, web pages, newsletters, and other marketing materials aligned with the brand identity.
  • Oversee the company website by regularly updating and managing it using CMS platforms like WordPress, ensuring content and design accuracy.
  • Support multiple stakeholders and maintain consistency with brand guidelines while fulfilling internal design requests efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and incorporate feedback from various stakeholders.
  • Create visual branding and display material for participation in key industry forums and events.
  • Coordinate with marketing/design agencies to ensure brand consistency across digital campaigns and visual storytelling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with 3-4 years of experience in graphic design in a professional setting.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and content platforms like WordPress, Canva, or similar CMS/design tools.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and responsive design principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with animation/motion graphics.
  • Exposure to UX/UI principles or web design.
