Marketing Operations Manager

This role is ideal for an experienced marketing operations professional seeking to leverage their expertise in managing advertising campaigns and account-based marketing strategies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving lead generation and awareness objectives through innovative campaign development and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage end-to-end advertising campaigns, including sponsored content, message ads, text ads, and dynamic ads, to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation using CRM data and other tools to build hyper-targeted audience lists.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify and prioritize target accounts for ABM initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing B2B advertising campaigns, with expertise in ABM strategy.
- Strong knowledge of Campaign Manager and Sales Navigator for audience building and research.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented campaigns.
