Job Title: Structural Designer I

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Designer to join our team at KP-J Engineers Pvt. Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D models, managing BIM workflow, and collaborating with engineers and clients to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce 3D models consistent with industry guidelines and company standards.
  • Manage the BIM workflow including folder organization, sheet sets, geo-location, plots, conversions, and transmittals.
  • Interface with engineers and clients to coordinate BIM modelling content and approaches.
  • Use tools such as Navisworks for project collaboration across multiple disciplines.
  • Prepare and review project deliverables for client submissions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
  • Proficiency with written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional experience in AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time position
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

About this Role:

This role involves creating accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings and structures using Revit software. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. In addition to their technical skills, they should possess a strong understanding of building design principles and practices.

What You Will Do:

In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D models that meet industry standards and client expectations. You will work closely with engineers and clients to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination. Your tasks will include designing and developing 3D models, generating reports and presentations, and communicating with clients and stakeholders through regular meetings and updates. You will also be involved in reviewing and preparing project deliverables for client submissions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects.
