Job Title: Creative Visual Designer

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Graphic Communication designer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in visual storytelling, branding and identity design, digital and print design, typography and layout, color theory and aesthetics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive brand strategies that effectively engage target audiences through impactful logos and brand identities.
  • Create visually appealing packaging designs that reflect market trends and align with business goals.
  • Design a wide range of communication materials including marketing collaterals, social media creatives, infographics, presentations and advertisements.
  • Translate brand strategies into compelling visual narratives across digital and print platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing, content and product teams to ensure designs effectively support campaigns and business objectives.
  • Apply strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition and layout to produce designs that connect with target audiences.
  • Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite to execute projects efficiently.
  • Maintain uniformity of visual elements and adherence to brand guidelines across all communication touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • 0.5–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Visual Communication Designer (fresher with strong portfolio can also be considered)
  • Experience in creating brand communication material including social media ads, brochures, packaging, presentations etc.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Knowledge of Figma, Canva and CorelDRAW for quick design tasks
  • Strong sense of typography, layout and color theory
