Senior Data Analytics Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role within our organization. As a Senior Associate IS Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and resolving issues related to adverse event data processing across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve system disruptions, data anomalies, or processing delays, implementing corrective and preventive measures as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and business partners to address dependencies and resolve bottlenecks for critical issues.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor system performance and identify trends or areas of improvement.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making and clear transparency into system operations.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to optimize and enhance reliability.
• Support the development of test plans, scenarios to ensure robust validation of system updates, patches, and new features.
• Perform regression testing to verify changes do not negatively impact existing system functionality.
• Support compliance with Key Control Indicators (KCI) and contribute to overall process governance.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or 3-5 years with a Bachelor's degree.
• Diploma with 7-9 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Must-Have Skills

• Expertise in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving data and system issues.
• Proficiency in data analytics, with experience in dashboarding and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with database technologies and querying tools using SQL.
• Understanding of API integrations and middleware platforms, such as MuleSoft.
• Experience with testing methodologies, tools, and automation practices.
• Experienced in Agile methodology.
• Understanding of PV terminologies and Regulatory compliance.
• Ability to support technical implementation aspects of projects, including planning, architecture, design, development, and testing, following Information Systems (IS) Change Control and GxP validation process.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with API integrations, such as MuleSoft.
• Solid understanding of programming languages, including Java or Python.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and modern data architectures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Sharp learning agility, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
• Experience with GxP systems and implementing GxP projects.
• Extensive expertise in SDLC, including requirements, design, testing, data analysis, change control.

Professional Certifications

• SAFe for Teams certification (preferred).
