About the Role:

Transformative Visual Storytelling

Setu's creative team is looking for a skilled designer who can bring dynamic stories to life through innovative design, captivating animation, and compelling video content. If you have a passion for creating engaging visuals, experimenting with formats, and turning abstract ideas into sleek, impactful output—this role is for you.

As an AI Design Intern, you'll work collaboratively on high-impact projects, gaining real ownership and contributing to work that gets seen by top leaders, partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging static graphics, short animated videos, GIFs, and product explainers
  • Edit videos and craft sharp, visually stunning storytelling
  • Use AI-powered tools to accelerate design and motion workflows
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, branding, and narrative development
  • Contribute to larger brand initiatives—from shaping visual identities to bringing new product experiences to life
  • Take initiative to conceptualize and lead design-led projects, not just execute assets
  • Explore new formats and design ideas that push the boundaries of how a fintech brand presents itself in the market

Requirements:

  • Hands-on skills and a strong grasp of design fundamentals (typography, layout, color)
  • A passion for animation, motion graphics, and video editing
  • Experience with AI design tools (Runway, Pika, MidJourney, Figma plugins, etc.)
  • High intent and ownership—willing to take ideas from concept to final output
