Web Solutions Architect

As a seasoned Technical Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using React.

Our ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in cloud services, with hands-on experience in Azure Cloud, including App Services, Functions, Storage, and Networking.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, drive technical decisions, ensure best practices in coding and deployment, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide frontend and backend developers in building enterprise web applications.
  • Design and implement solutions on Microsoft Azure.
  • Oversee cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management in Azure DevOps.
  • Manage database design and optimization using SQL Server and Cosmos DB.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to design patterns.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement best practices for scalability and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a lead/mentorship role.
  • Strong hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of Azure Cloud services.
  • Proven expertise in cloud deployment pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Strong database skills with SQL Server (stored procedures, performance tuning) and Cosmos DB.
  • Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architectures.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of authentication/authorization using Azure AD.
  • Experience in serverless computing and event-driven architecture.
  • Exposure to enterprise application security, compliance, and monitoring.

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
