About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer to join our team. In this full-time on-site position, you will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, managing purchase orders, and handling requests for quotations (RFQs). This role involves daily interactions with suppliers, analyzing procurement data, and ensuring effective communication within the procurement team and with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and select suitable suppliers based on their products and services.
  • Manage purchase orders from start to finish, including processing invoices and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Handle requests for quotations (RFQs) and negotiate prices with suppliers.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
