Senior Cybersecurity Project Lead

This role is responsible for leading the execution of cybersecurity projects across industrial OT and enterprise IT environments. As a Senior Manager-Delivery, you will own client-facing delivery, team management, and execution of cybersecurity projects spanning assessments, implementation, and managed services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • You will act as a project owner for multiple customer engagements, managing delivery teams, coordinating across functions, and driving outcomes aligned to SLAs, quality metrics, and business value.">
  • Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL, etc.) and institutionalize reusable delivery accelerators, templates, and knowledge-sharing practices.">
  • Identify improvement areas and drive operational efficiency initiatives.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred, along with certifications such as PMP, ITIL, ISO 27001 LA, CISSP or equivalent.">
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools like NGFW, SIEM, EDR, IAM, PAM, vulnerability management, etc., and prior experience in managed services or consulting firms are also required.">

Must-have qualifications include:

  • ">
  • 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity project delivery.">
  • Strong exposure to OT and/or IT cybersecurity technologies, services, and architectures.">
  • Hands-on familiarity with industry standards like NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, ITIL.">
  • Client-facing experience with large industrial or infra clients.">
