Senior Engineer - Gen AI & NLP Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing and optimizing Gen AI workflows to ensure accuracy and relevance.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Vector Search Systems, as well as experience integrating Gen AI into DevOps ecosystems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and optimizing prompts for LLM workflows.
  • Building RAG pipelines using vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant).
  • Integrating LLMs into internal tools, CI/CD, and observability dashboards.
  • Implementing Gen AI solutions using Lang Chain, Llama Index, Haystack, Hugging Face, etc.
  • Fine-tuning open-source/commercial LLMs (Open AI, Claude, Cohere, Mistral) for domain use cases.
  • Collaborating with DevOps and platform teams to drive automation with Gen AI.
  • Ensuring data privacy, governance, and ethical AI practices.

Requirements include:

  • 6–10+ years of experience in engineering with 2+ years hands-on experience in Gen AI/LLMs/NLP.
  • Strong Python skills with experience in Lang Chain, Hugging Face, Llama Index.
  • Deep knowledge of vector databases and embeddings.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying RAG architectures.
  • Experience integrating LLM APIs (Open AI, Azure Open AI, Claude, etc.).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with multi-modal models/fine-tuning LLMs.
  • Familiarity with developer-facing Gen AI use cases: infra-as-code review, changelog generation, log triage.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes, GitOps, DevSecOps.
