Driving the Future of Automotive Technology

Our company is developing state-of-the-art automated driving systems for global deployment. As part of our team, your task will be to support the development of future ADAS system generations, which will see our vehicles progress to full autonomous driving by 2030.

To achieve this vision, we are working on specific software functionalities developments that aim to build in-house software modules to maximize component reusability and robustness in the future landscape of autonomous driving.

You will join a dynamic and ever-changing environment with daily challenges that require strong problem-solving capabilities and ingenuity in thinking.

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Mentor junior SW engineers and communicate findings through presentations and reporting
  • Develop high-level designs and decompose them into detailed designs
  • Mentor junior software developers on design patterns, development best practices, and DevOps trade-offs
  • Design and develop complex software to satisfy design objectives
  • Communicate effectively with global teams within the organization
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in application design and development with at least 3+ years in application design
  • Hands-on experience in programming languages like C/C++
  • Knowledge of Agile SW development process
  • Experience in designing and developing software solutions in AUTOSAR
  • Good understanding of Adaptive AUTOSAR based Communication and Diagnostic stack
  • Strong understanding of software design and architectural patterns
  • ISO26262 knowledge
