  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand test data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose datasets for functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
  • Optimize test data provisioning processes to enhance testing speed and reduce cycle times.
  • Work closely with DBAs, developers, testers, and compliance teams to ensure alignment on data handling best practices.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues with TDM solutions, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Engineering.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Data Masking (TDM, ILM) tools.
  • Strong proficiency in data sub-setting, synthetic data generation, cloning, and archiving using Informatica tools.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and data migration testing.
  • Proven track record of working with data privacy frameworks and compliance standards.
