Job Description

Overall Management of the Lobby Team

The role of Deputy Branch Manager is responsible for leading the lobby team and achieving excellence across service, sales, and operational functions in the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure timely completion of account opening processes with 'First Time Right' accuracy.
  • To resolve customer grievances promptly and effectively.
  • To maintain high standards of customer service and achieve excellent ratings during audits.
Business Development

The Deputy Branch Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth by selling bank and third-party products to customers.

  • To meet or exceed monthly sales targets for various products such as loans, credit cards, and personal loans.

Operations:

  • Ensure adherence to branch operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reconcile cash and security items regularly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field with 4-6 years of experience in retail banking operations.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and self-motivation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
