This key role plays a pivotal part in optimizing raw material blending and production planning across global operations, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategy.

Job Description:
  • Develop and manage blend schedules for pet coke feedstock, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Track GPC inventories and CPC production rates to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate sourcing options to minimize costs and maximize value for our organization.
  • Build and maintain business models using AI tools and Linear Programming (LP), providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to drive business outcomes and achieve shared goals.
  • Handle SAP transactions and generate reports on production and inventory, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in planning/blending, preferably in carbon/metallurgical industries.
  • Strong LP modeling and analytical skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations.
  • SAP and advanced Excel proficiency, with expertise in data visualization and reporting.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and optimization, with ability to leverage technology to drive business outcomes.
