Senior Business Development Specialist

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract logistics, with experience in business development, retention and growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in RFQs, new enquires, understanding client requirements and designing solutions that meet their needs. They will also be required to analyse industry product flow processes, manpower productivity and resource allocation.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in RFQs, new enquires and understand client requirements.
- Design appropriate solutions based on customer's requirements.
- Analyse industry product flow processes and manpower productivity.
- Develop process flow, resource mapping and manpower allocation plans.
- Derive OPEX and CAPEX for projects.
- Coordinate with operations teams for operational insights and support business development requirements.
- Analyse historical data to provide flexible solutions and bring cost efficiency.
Pre-Requisites:
- 6+ years of experience in contract logistics domain.
- Good understanding of in-plant, yard operations and warehousing business in multiple industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and strategic analytical skills.
- Ability to analyse complex data to work on solutions.
