Infrastructure Monitoring Expertise

The Infrastructure Monitoring Expert is a crucial member of the IS Services team in Bangalore, India. As part of this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing monitoring processes to meet the requirements of Information Systems (IS) services.

  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of infrastructure monitoring solutions are key responsibilities.
  • Collaboration with teams and stakeholders is essential for developing effective monitoring solutions for infrastructure.
  • Partnering with support teams ensures proper monitoring of infrastructure systems.
  • Maintaining up-to-date infrastructure monitoring baselines and ensuring upkeep is vital.
  • Efficiency reviews and analysis of existing monitoring setups are necessary for optimization, standardization, and automation.
  • Researching and analyzing the infrastructure environment supports monitoring activities.
  • Providing consultation, advice, and support for infrastructure monitoring services to stakeholders is an essential responsibility.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in IT is welcome but not mandatory, along with 10+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure.
  • Certifications required include Cloud, RHEL, VMware, storage, and ITI.
  • Expertise in implementing and maintaining monitoring solutions in distributed setups is essential.
  • Experience in Cloud monitoring and services (MS Azure, AWS, GCP) is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies is necessary.
