Job Title: Automation Test Developer

We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Developer to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated test frameworks to ensure the highest quality of software applications.

About the Role
  • Design and develop automated test frameworks using Selenium, Behave BDD, and Python.
  • Implement performance/load testing using Loadrunner/JMeter or similar tools.
  • Develop automated API testing scripts using Rest Assured, JMeter, Karate, or similar tools.
  • Conduct non-functional testing including performance, load, and security testing.
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD processes using Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar tools.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience as a Principal Test Automation Engineer/Sr. or equivalent.
  • Expertise in test automation frameworks/tools such as Selenium, Behave BDD, and Python.
  • Experience with SQL/NOSQL databases and strong SQL scripting knowledge.
  • Cloud device services experience (e.g., BrowserStack, SauceLabs).
  • Strong understanding of testing principles, methods, tools, and technologies.
  • Ability to work autonomously and act as a point of contact on projects.
  • Ability to determine scope and select right tools & technologies.
  • Industry experience within Financial Services and Azure DevOps is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • iSTQB certified Advance Technical Test Analyst or similar.
