Job Opportunity: Spanish Teacher

We are seeking an experienced educator with a strong passion for teaching Spanish to join our institution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Teach Spanish Language and Literature in the IB Diploma Programme (DP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP).
  • Develop engaging lesson plans and curricula aligned with IB standards, focusing on student-centered learning and critical thinking.
  • Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to promote growth and improvement.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge of IB pedagogy and assessment methods.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to integrate language learning across subjects, promoting a holistic educational experience.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and mutual respect.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Spanish Education or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Teaching certification or equivalent experience is essential.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Experience teaching Spanish as a foreign language is necessary, with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with IB DP and MYP curriculum and assessment is highly valued.
