Job Title: Production Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets.
  • Ensure the optimal use of resources, labor, materials, and equipment to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
  • Oversee implementation of quality assurance systems and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams including supervisors, line operators, maintenance, and support staff.
  • Monitor team performance and provide training, coaching, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs to track operational performance and drive corrective actions.
  • Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and dispatch of finished goods.
  • Manage production planning and inventory control systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in production management, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
