Job Title: Store Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and organized professional to manage inventory, coordinate with production teams, and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of raw materials, components, finished goods, and consumables in storage areas.
  • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels, raise alerts for reordering, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
  • Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and systematic storage of materials for easy traceability.

Internal Stakeholder Support:

  • Issue materials to production, maintenance, and other departments based on approved requisitions.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure availability of required materials for uninterrupted operations.

Vendor & Procurement Coordination:

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
  • Verify incoming materials against purchase orders (quantity, quality, and specifications).
  • Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and report discrepancies to procurement/quality teams.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain and update inventory records in ERP/software/manual registers as per company standards.
  • Generate and share regular reports on stock movement, consumption patterns, material shortages, and wastages.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of materials in line with safety and quality standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and audit requirements related to inventory and storage management.

Requirements:
• Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain / Materials Management / Commerce or relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and storage operations.
• Familiarity with ERP/Inventory Management systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
