Overview:
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in leadership, strategy management, and operations management. They will be responsible for leading improvement initiatives across various departments and ensuring that business processes are running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy Management: The successful candidate will derive strategies from plant rBU PSIN IPN strategies to improve VS performance and stakeholder KPI/KPR. They will contribute to developing future strategies with Plant Management, IPN, and BU.
- Operations Management: This person will understand stakeholder needs and expectations from VS and track and review its fulfillment through SQCD targets. They will assess VS operational performance trends, efficiency of resources, and business process to enable a PDCA approach and collaboratively achieve defined standards and maturity level.
- Value Stream KPIs:
- Safety incidents, CRI, iDC, Cost/Pc, OEE, VAO, Productivity, Inventory
- Change Initiatives & Continuous Improvement: The ideal candidate will drive a systematic approach (SCIP) to review E2E value stream w.r.t. customer, stakeholder, and value stream insights to cross-functionally raise maturity and achieve operational excellence.
- Business Process Management: This person will ensure workflows and communications (CI, AVR, ECR, Suggestions, escalations, etc.) are processed promptly and comprehensively to efficiently run business processes.
- Contingency Planning & Compliance: The successful candidate will foresee risks and impediments to operations continuity, take decisions on resolution/escalation.
- Employee & Industrial Relationship: This person will drive a process to regularly communicate as well as proactively engage with employees (BCA, M&SS, T&T) to enable a positive work environment.
- Networking & Collaboration: The ideal candidate will enable regular communication across hierarchy and cross-functional teams to establish personal and professional network and build synergies.
- People Management: This person will foresee the competency requirements based on current and future trends and develop accordingly for the team.
