Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that effectively communicates our organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling visual concepts and designs for various mediums, including print and digital platforms.
  • Create infographics, presentations, and other visual assets that communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Design materials for large-scale public campaigns and events, including posters, banners, social media graphics, and event signage.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on social impact or urban development.
  • Proven experience in creating successful visual campaigns for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
  • Familiarity with urban mobility, road safety, or public health campaigns.
