Mass Production Program Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven professional to oversee and coordinate mass production programs from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, leadership, and program lifecycle management.
This role is critical in ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards across large-scale production initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end program management for mass production projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, quality, finance) to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management within a manufacturing or mass production environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA) and ERP systems.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Experience in automotive, aerospace, electronics, or consumer goods manufacturing.
