Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Interior Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our interior project execution team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of project processes in the interior execution field.

  • Prepare and review quotes, BOQs, and budgets for projects.
  • Track and monitor design changes and update documentation accordingly.
  • Coordinate with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications.
  • Organize and maintain all project-related files and documentation.
  • Act as the single point of contact for major clients, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion.
  • Conduct budget analysis for all projects, ensuring costs are within approved limits.
  • Assist in final billing and closure of project accounts.
  • Support the project managers and executives with any administrative or coordination requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
