Senior Frontend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our engineering team and drive the development of high-performance, scalable, and visually compelling web applications.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of complex projects, architect front-end solutions, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers. They will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks and Tailwind CSS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architecting front-end solutions for complex projects
  • Mentoring junior and mid-level engineers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in frontend development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Expertise in React.js and state management libraries (Redux, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and component-driven UI development
  • Solid understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel)
Desirable Skills:
  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment of front-end applications
  • Experience working with micro-frontends or large-scale, distributed front-end architectures
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for front-end environments
