Job Title: Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional to support our team in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Role Description:

  • Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release or delivery
  • Providing status updates to the Test Lead/Manager
  • Collaborating with the testing team
  • Working closely with Business Analysts, Functional Leads, and Development teams
  • Supporting test planning and managing testing efforts for any given release
  • Designing test scenarios and cases
  • Bug tracking and reporting
  • Defect coordination

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce domain with expertise in mobile and web testing
  • Good experience in API testing
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC phases and methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile)
  • Proficient in writing and executing test plans and cases in structured environments
  • Solid hands-on experience in Integration Testing, Functional Testing, Black Box Testing, User Acceptance Testing, System Testing, Smoke Testing, and Regression Testing
  • Able to identify test scenarios, estimate test effort, and create test plans
  • Working experience with Jira and Agile-driven projects
  • Good to have experience in performance testing and Firebase Analytics
  • Advantage to have experience in mobile testing tools
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Ability to interact with technical teams to convert functional requirements into test specifications
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Experienced in preparing test data, test case preparation, and test execution
  • Client-focused service delivery
