Job Title: Associate-Finance & Accounts

Are you an accounting professional looking for a new challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team as an Associate-Finance & Accounts.

  • Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and proactive individual with experience in accounting roles such as Accounts Associate or Finance Executive.
  • They will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in internal and statutory audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Zoho Books, including journal entries, payments, receipts, and bank transactions.
  • Perform monthly bank and vendor reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end financial closure activities.
  • Prepare and file GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns. Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
  • Support the finance team in preparing profit & loss statements, balance sheets, MIS reports, budget vs actuals, and cash flow analysis.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal teams. Maintain financial documentation and support other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting roles such as Accounts Associate or Finance Executive.
  • Experience in finance/accounting services or structured finance teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoho Books is a plus.
