As an Architectural Professional, you should possess exceptional creativity and the ability to craft innovative designs based on client interactions. You should be confident in communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adapt your approach accordingly. To remain competitive, it is essential to stay updated on the latest interior design trends.
- To drive sales conversions and achieve successful project outcomes.
- To ensure a seamless customer experience throughout each project.
- To oversee the quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
- To manage projects from start to finish.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant academic qualifications or diploma.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
- Led and successfully delivered 2-4 residential modular KWS projects.
- Excellent knowledge of design tools, including PPT presentation and AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), and modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning).
- Familiarity with civil works services, including specifications and installation details.
- Able to create Bills of Quantities for customers and coordinate with internal and external agencies.
- A strong sales background, with the ability to close deals through logical and trusted sales pitches, and lead design meetings with customers.
- Demonstrates key behavioural attributes, such as result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, and crisp communication.
- A high degree of willingness to learn and drive performance among team members.
