We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting and maintaining SAP Business One environments hosted on Microsoft Azure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and supporting SAP Business One, including managing virtual machines, databases, networking, storage, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support SAP Business One: Manage VMs, databases, networking, storage, and security for SAP B1 environments on Azure.
  • System Monitoring and Maintenance: Perform regular system monitoring, patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Resource Management: Manage Azure resources efficiently, ensuring cost optimization and scalability.
  • Backup and Recovery: Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies to minimize downtime.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with SAP consultants, developers, and business teams to address technical requirements and resolve issues.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with Azure governance, security, and IT best practices.
  • Automation: Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or related tools where possible.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Azure Administration Experience: Proven hands-on experience as an Azure Administrator (certification preferred).
  • SAP Business One Administration: Practical experience with SAP Business One administration (SQL Server / HANA knowledge beneficial).
  • Azure Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Azure IaaS/PaaS services (VMs, networking, storage, monitoring, backup).
  • Windows Server and Active Directory: Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server administration.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in cloud environments.
  • Remote Work Experience: Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity with flexible availability.

Nice to Have:

  • Azure Security Center and Azure Monitor: Familiarity with Azure Security Center, Azure Monitor, and Azure Cost Management.
  • SAP Business One Integrations: Knowledge of SAP Business One integrations with external applications.
  • SAP Workload Migration: Prior experience in SAP workload migration to Azure.
  • IT Experience: 10+ years of IT experience.
