
Remote Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a skilled customer service representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to clients in a fully remote setting.
This role involves engaging with warm leads, following a simple script, and assisting clients in scheduling informational calls with our advisors.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients using our dialer.
- Introduce our services and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Follow a step-by-step script to guide conversations.
- Track call results and update statuses in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly outreach goals with support from your team lead.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and coaching sessions.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Strong phone presence and ability to stay positive on calls.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with remote tools.
- Stable internet connection, electricity, and access to a computer.
