About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP FICO modules, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing and guiding a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage the SAP FICO Team: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Oversee SAP FICO Configuration and Implementation: Ensure alignment with business requirements and coordinate with other departments to understand their needs and provide SAP FICO solutions to improve business processes.
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, monitor, and report on project progress and outcomes, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to financial processes and reporting.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP FICO processes, configurations, and customizations, and provide training and support to end-users.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO developments and industry best practices, incorporating them into team operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 Years of Experience working with SAP FICO modules.
  • Proven Leadership Experience managing a team of SAP professionals.
  • SAP FICO Certification is preferred.
  • Excellent Project Management Skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Domain Experience in Real Estates.
  • Ability to Work Under Tight Deadlines and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
