Graphic Designer Position:
We are a creative digital marketing company, delivering innovative design solutions for brands across industries. We seek a talented Graphic Designer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Digital Content Creation: Design social media creatives, cover pictures, banners, and ad graphics for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Develop unique concepts that go beyond templates. Adapt designs to platform-specific formats and sizes.
2. Brand Identity Development: Design icons, website banners, infographics, and brand elements. Support web/UI projects with custom-designed graphics. Deliver print-ready materials, including flyers, brochures, logos, posters, t-shirts, and corporate identity kits.
3. Motion Graphics & Video Production: Create explainer videos, social media promos, ad creatives, and product demos. Edit raw video footage, apply motion graphics, transitions, and effects. Use AI-powered video tools to generate engaging video content based on provided scripts and contexts. Apply color correction, audio editing, and sound design to enhance quality. Organize and manage video assets efficiently for quick access.
4. AI Innovation & Collaboration: Leverage AI tools to speed up design and video creation workflows. Stay updated with design, social media, and AI-driven creative trends. Recommend and adopt new AI-driven tools to improve creative output. Respond quickly to urgent client changes (especially during campaign days/festivals). Work closely with the content, social media, and web teams for integrated campaigns. Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in design and motion graphics (agency experience preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign) and AI creative tools. Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory. Knowledge of social media design trends and platform-specific requirements. Ability to conceptualize and execute engaging visuals & videos. Knowledge of 3D animation software (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.) is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, video editing, and motion graphics. Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
