Drive Growth in Health and Fitness

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead the charge on paid campaign execution, funnel optimization, and scalability for our wellness apps. This role involves hands-on execution of paid campaigns across various channels, ensuring maximum ROI.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience scaling mobile apps via paid ads, with a strong background in performance marketing trends, platform updates, and new acquisition strategies. They will be well-versed in leveraging AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid ad campaigns across multiple channels to drive installs and conversions
  • Design and iterate on user acquisition funnels to ensure profitable growth at scale
  • Utilize AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance optimization
  • Analyze campaign and funnel data using industry-standard tools to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test ad creatives, copy, and landing flows
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest performance marketing trends and platform updates

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of scaling mobile apps via paid ads, with expertise in performance marketing trends and platform updates
  • Experience running campaigns in high-growth markets with a focus on ROI
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, including creative testing, campaign automation, and performance optimization
