  • Mentoring and guiding teams to deliver high-quality enterprise products
  • Collaborating with Product Management, User Experience, and engineering teams to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable SaaS offerings
  • Participating in software design meetings to ensure long-term code maintainability and extensibility
  • Code reviews and quality assurance
  • Driving continuous improvement in software development lifecycle processes
  • Providing ongoing feedback and supporting engineers' professional growth
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS AND WORKING COLLABORATIVELY TO BUILD A HIGH-PERFORMING TEAM

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We seek experienced professionals with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in shipping high-quality products in a SaaS environment
  • Exceptional design and programming skills, focusing on enterprise server solutions using JavaScript and ReactJS
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Web Services technologies, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, and ExpressJS
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and commercial product development practices in complex enterprise/cloud solutions
  • Basic knowledge of networking technologies
  • Ability to use Open Source packages for common capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Hard-working attitude and ability to demonstrate effective teamwork
