Interior Design Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Interior Design Associate. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Designer in delivering high-quality interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Senior Designer in 3D designs using SpaceCraft and Sketchup, contributing innovative ideas and providing constructive feedback.
  2. Participate in site visits and project activities alongside the Senior Designer, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
  3. Manage files across various tech systems, maintaining organization and accessibility.
  4. Work closely with the Senior Designer to create commercial proposals using SpaceCraft and other quoting tools, validating quotes for transparency and fairness.
  5. Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve great design outcomes, fostering relationships with sales, drawing QC, project management teams, and planners.
Mandatory Qualifications
  1. Design education background: B.Arch, B.Des, M.Des, or Diploma in Design.
  2. 0-1 year of experience in Interior Design or Architecture.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Familiarity with Modular furniture basics.
  5. Practical knowledge of SketchUp.
  6. A positive attitude.
