Job Summary

A seasoned Project Manager is sought to oversee and deliver strategic projects, driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management methodologies, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, leveraging expertise in integrations, transformation, and technical project management.
  3. Lead and manage project teams, providing coaching and guidance to ensure effective project delivery.
  4. Anticipate and mitigate project risks, utilizing value stream mapping and data visualization tools to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of global experience in VMO-related fields or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or PhD with 3+ years of experience;
  • Proven track record in utilizing multiple project management methodologies, including PMI, ASQ, Scrum Org, and Axelos;
  • Working knowledge of SDLC concepts and agile methodology;
  • Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power Point.
