Lead Designer of Interiors and Architectures

We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and motivated Workplace Designer to join our team as the Lead Architect-Workplace Designer. This individual will be responsible for leading our team in transforming interior spaces into aesthetically pleasing functional environments that enhance productivity and foster a cohesive work culture.

The ideal candidate will combine artistic flair with technical expertise to deliver exceptional design solutions that meet client goals and objectives. Key responsibilities will include conducting thorough research to understand client business requirements, analyzing workspace needs, developing strong relationships through effective communication and excellent client experience, and managing client expectations.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client workspace requirements to create actionable plans.
  • Develop innovative design proposals that integrate comprehensive space planning, curated color schemes, refined furniture selections, and sustainable material choices.
  • Craft compelling mood boards, 3D renderings, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.

Additional responsibilities will include devising efficient space plans that optimize workflow and incorporate ergonomic principles, leveraging space utilization strategies to enhance productivity, curating materials and finishes that align with envisioned aesthetics while meeting functional criteria, and ensuring safety and sustainability standards.

A successful candidate must possess a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field, have at least 7-12 years of experience in workplace design projects and team management, proficiency in design software such as Sketchup, Revit, and Photoshop, excellent communication and presentation skills, project management experience, and strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
