Project Manager Role

The successful candidate will lead a team of operations specialists, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective coordination with design and production teams.

  • Oversee the customer experience from project commencement to completion, acting as the highest point of escalation for region-specific issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly, empowering team members to tackle problems effectively.
  • Be an exemplary people manager, mentoring existing team members and hiring top talent to strengthen the team in your region.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and standards to deliver consistent customer experiences.
  • Monitor Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and Expedited resolution of customer escalations.
Requirements and Expertise
  • NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools are preferred.
  • 7-12 years of overall work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries.
  • Direct team reporting experience is necessary for people management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and structured thought processes are essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage strategic alliances/business partnerships.
