What we need you to bring:
- A master's or Ph.D. degree in Literature, Linguistics, Communication, Creative Writing, Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology, Journalism, Economics, Political Science, History, or related courses.
- C1 level of English proficiency.
- Familiarity with machine learning models, particularly LLMs.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle complex scenarios.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Job Responsibilities:
We're seeking a highly skilled individual to create training data sets for AI models. The ideal candidate will have experience annotating data to help AI models align with human values.
