Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Development Team Lead to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading software development projects from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting project requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather project requirements from stakeholders and define project scope, tasks, deliverables, dependencies, resources, and timeline.
  • Develop technical solutions for projects and ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Lead planning, code implementation, testing, and project delivery throughout all stages.
  • Develop efficient code using React Native skills to build compatible mobile applications with the best user experience.
  • Manage change requests and sprint demo feedbacks.
  • Outline projects using project management tools like Jira.
  • Ensure complete, current, and stored technical documentation and reports in the project wiki.
  • Maintain realistic project milestones and implement project management and SDLC best practices.
Requirements

To succeed as a Software Development Team Lead, you must have:

  • Knowledge of the SDLC process and Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Experience with React Native, React Hooks, Redux, Android, iOS, API, and NPM.
  • Proficiency in source control systems like GIT or Gitlab and distributed/cloud architecture.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and explain ideas clearly.
  • Problem-solving abilities to understand obstacles and execute deliverables on time.
