Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Indirect Tax Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage client queries, provide strategic solutions, and lead business development efforts.
  • Prepare and finalize replies to memos/show cause notices, appeals, and applications before the Authority for Advance Ruling.
  • Represent clients before adjudicating authorities, including CESTAT/GSTAT, and draft petitions before High Courts and the Supreme Court.
Job Requirements:
  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) or Lawyer with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience in Indirect Tax.
  • Expert knowledge of GST, Customs, FTP, and indirect tax laws.
  • Ability to brief Senior Counsels on complex matters and guide junior team members towards meeting client deliverables and internal goals.
