Senior SAP FICO Expert Role

This role is a key position in our IT department, responsible for the implementation and maintenance of our SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) system. The successful candidate will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new ERP FICO functionalities in the Long Products segment
  • Be responsible for the success of transformation steps of projects: initial demand collection, books of requirements, blueprint, realization, cutover plan, training, go-live, project closure, project committees, steering committees, subcontractors' management
  • Manage a part of the run and maintain activity: develop and support the current SAP systems within the FI/CO module, this includes support, and work on change requests

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, experience/knowledge of the general industry or steel market/products/production process, and expertise in SAP FICO customizing and business processes knowledge of Finance and Controlling.

Desirable skills include SAP customizing and implementation skills in other modules like FSCM, FM, SD, MM, PP, etc., SAP Solution Manager knowledge, ABAP, FIORI, CDS, ability and experience in managing small teams in project mode, ITIL, and ability to communicate efficiently at all levels of the organization, internally and externally.
