Business Development Partner

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Business Development Partner. This freelance, commission-only role offers the opportunity to grow your client base remotely on a 6-month contract.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying key decision-makers in software and technology companies
  • Building relationships for pre-onboarding calls with our founder
  • Presentation of our QA service packages with confidence and professionalism
  • Managing outreach across multiple channels
  • Development and maintenance of a qualified sales pipeline

This is not a quick-win sales role. We value long-term business relationships and serious professionals who understand client acquisition.

High performers have long-term earning potential and opportunities to grow with us as the role scales.

To succeed, you will need:

  • At least one year of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build trusted client relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional, client-facing tone)
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Familiarity with software/technology sectors (preferred, but not essential)

Compensation includes:

  • Commission-only: starting at 10% of closed deals, with potential for higher tiers based on performance
  • Transparent payment process released once we receive client funds
  • 6 month freelance contract, with renewal opportunities for high performers
