Job Title: Cost Management Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cost Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the costs associated with our luxury real estate and hospitality projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review project scope in-line with design requirements and validate technical specifications received from the design team.
  • Optimize specifications without deviating from client requirements and present bill of quantities (BOQs) and solutions to management for approval.
  • Check and verify payment applications and final bills, and prepare amendments and revisions to contracts.
  • Conduct budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrices and submit different budget options considering alternative solutions to actual design.
  • Explore new products and propose them for approval, and provide optimization options in budgets.
  • Complete budget requirements within given timeframes without delays and prepare reports on cost analysis of projects as per management's requirements.

  • A detailed understanding of construction processes and systems to optimize project costs and improve efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant software to manage project data and generate reports.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals and objectives.
