We are seeking a professional to identify, engage and convert potential clients through Reddit communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research relevant subreddits where target clients are active and build an authentic presence by contributing valuable posts, comments and discussions.
  • Hunt for client opportunities by identifying pain points, questions and demand signals, while executing outreach strategies that comply with Reddit rules.
  • Track and report leads generated through Reddit activities and collaborate with the sales/marketing team to align messaging.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Reddit marketing, community management or lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of Reddit culture, etiquette and anti-spam rules.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone per subreddit.
  • Experience in client hunting, B2B/B2C lead generation or social selling.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a growth, business development or community manager role.
  • Knowledge of content marketing & outreach automation.

KPIs (Success Metrics):

  • Number of qualified leads generated from Reddit.
  • Engagement rate on posts and comments.
  • Growth of brand visibility within targeted subreddits.
  • Conversion rate from Reddit leads to clients.
