AI Research Lead

About Firstsource Solutions Limited is a global business process services partner.

This role involves leading AI research efforts, publishing papers on new AI technologies for tech professionals and industry stakeholders. Key responsibilities include experimenting with new AI technologies, helping democratize their use to large data science communities, and leading a team of AI researchers.

Leadership skills are essential for delivering large-scale AI/ML projects. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting AI systems. Deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies is also required, including Generative AI, Agent frameworks, Semantic Search, OCR, and Intelligent Automation.

The following key qualifications are essential:

  1. Proven experience in AI model development, deployment, and optimization using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  2. Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and model validation.
  3. Proficiency with cloud services, Python for AI/ML, DevOps tools, AI frameworks, and data management (SQL/NoSQL/GraphDB).
Position specifications: A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics Communication or other relevant engineering branches. Strong technical skills and relevant experience/projects can also be considered.
