Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager with over 12 years of experience in quality engineering and test automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement QA strategy across projects, driving high-quality releases and ensuring traceability of test cases to requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers (manual and automation), fostering collaboration with development, DevOps, and product teams.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Cucumber (BDD), ensuring continuous improvement of testing processes.
  • Manage test planning, execution, and reporting across UI, API, DB, and Performance testing scopes, maintaining test metrics and dashboards.
  • Drive the adoption of test automation in CI/CD pipelines, advocating for quality across the SDLC.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Testing & Test Management experience with 12/15+ years of experience.
  • Strong experience in preparing Test Strategy, Plan, and Test Estimations, Scheduling, Tracking, Reporting.
  • Strong in Functional Testing (UI, API, DB) and Test Automation (Java, Selenium, BDD, TestNG, Maven, Git).
  • Good at Test Management Tool (JIRA, Confluence) and Continuous Integration.
  • Should have Good Knowledge/Understanding of Performance Testing and Collections/Debt Recovery Domain experience preferred.
  • Mentor Team and Proactive/Go-Getter/Team Player/Committed to Work.
